A question on languages
I was just wondering what other races have special languages?
I found the notes on Elvish, Dwarvish, and Gnomish, but what about Halfling, Lizard, Lupinal, Dracon, Wemic, etc. etc. etc.
Thanks,
Tristan

Re: A question on languages
Kobolds and Orcs also have languages - there should be an Avlis Language Pack available for download on the website that contains the .pdf files for these.Tristan_Durst wrote:I was just wondering what other races have special languages?

Note that with the exception of Elvish, which was developed by Orleron, the other languages were all developed by players.
PS - drangonari also have their own language, but it's just Faerun elvish (long story, look it up

Re: A question on languages
Hmm, I think I might be blind. I have looked all over the avlis site, and did a search for Language pack, and Language, and Avlis language but have not found anything.Deider wrote:Kobolds and Orcs also have languages - there should be an Avlis Language Pack available for download on the website that contains the .pdf files for these.Tristan_Durst wrote:I was just wondering what other races have special languages?

A little help please.

AFAIK, I believe Shaahesk is completely unpronouncable and consists mostly of contextual hisses, barks, etc. not utterable by human vocal chords...
In other words, no real language exists oocly. Most Shaahesk players get along by emoting.
