Caught between worlds

I seem to have a character caught between worlds. If I log him into Deglos, it says he should be in Hala. If I log him into Hala or Ysgard, says that he should be in Deglos? Is there some way to retrieve him?

OK, I have no idea. One of the code/DB folks will have to answer that.
