New Domain Name for Development servers

This week our infrastructure crew did a thing. They made a few changes to our Development servers that may affect you.

For the Bug Tracker and Team Requests website, we moved the domain from https://dev.avlis.org to https://dev.avlisnwn.com. So if you have those sites bookmarked, please update your bookmarks.

<------ The "Report a Bug" and "Submit a Team Request" links in the Avlis Essentials menu to the left have been updated already, so you can click there and update your bookmarks.

At this time, no changes have been made to the Forums, Wiki, or Live game servers.... but we may migrate them in the future.
