Who to ask for Help

Player Registration: This forum group's sole purpose is to provide assistance with Avlis player registration.

Admin Staff: World leader point of contact, administrative concerns (Avlis forums, Avlis wiki, bug tracker registration approval, Avlis Team concerns, community concerns, sensitive information).

Event DMs: If you have lore questions or want to ask when someone's running their next segment of a plot, look for the folks with the orange title (on Discord) or send a forum message to the group. Admin contacts for these groups are Ronan and Blackravenfeather.

Assist DMs: We're on hand to get you your housing keys, help if you're stuck, if the server needs resetting, or help you our with approved remort and refresh questions. We also run the book publishing program on Avlis, and can do parties (or weddings!) for your characters. To find an Assist staff member, look for the folks with the green title (on Discord) or send a forum message to the group. Admin contacts for these groups are Ronan and Blackravenfeather.

Player Housing: If you require feedback from the Player Housing team (new housing plans, updates), you can contact them separately.
