Power now out - (was Brownout)

Heh, yes, we're fine. The power here is normally stable but it does have it's moments. All my personal machines are on UPS's as are the game servers as we do get the occasional brownout.

A blackout is when the power completely fails. A brownout is when it's there, but not giving the full voltage. Electronics like computers and televisions depend on getting the full charge.
