That was amazing fun Pleth - the amount of work you were doing to keep up with everyone and all the individual groups must have been completely exhausting!

Now has an intense hatred of those Coal and Amber dragons...

Thank you for spending all the time and effort on the last four days of utterly worth it sleep griefing!

Pleth... it's always difficult establishing a character who already has an identity and moving them somewhere and getting them to integrate.. so I wanted to give a big thank you to the kin plot. He was always somewhat empathetic to the kin's plight: that sleeping, they had awoke to a place which was in essence new to them and had to find a way to fit into the world...with Ronan so new to things he felt much the same way. The course of the plot really gave Ronan an identity and goals which fit in with the workings of the world, gave him reputation with the PCs (some for better or worse!) and had a permanent effect on him, changing him a great deal (and I think far for the better!) So thank you greatly for allowing me to be part of the story and experience it. I realize that you must have put great effort into the history and workings of this plot to tie everything together as you have, and I want you to know how much it is appreciated!

A word to the wise, people. For some reason, no idea why (though someone may know,) the logging system in NWN only allows the file to get to 2.4 mb before it rolls. So if you are dedicated to keeping your logs and an event has gone on for a while, check to make sure they haven't rolled. Otherwise when using a program like GLR to name the files, the extra files will not be named and will be wiped the next time you open NWN.

I say this because Pleth's events go on for not one, not two, but three or even more rolls! The Third night of the battles of Elysia went on for FIVE files! And all the juicy* plot reveals and shocking** RP information usually come at the end, and you ~do~ want to keep track of this stuff, take my advice and check and rename your files!

Yes, this is actually a rave. :schauen:

Thanks to Pleth for a wonderful little jolly amidst the tranquil countryside whilst accompanied by a perfectly ordinary, every day helpful guide followed by a smashing array of tea, cake* and other niceties enjoyed in the presence of simply top notch, good old fashioned regular friends. Totally made up for a weekend of sickness and bleh :D

When he said 'Do Not Disturb' ... we took it literally! A cave of spiders became an action/adventure platformer... the extra time we took helped my imagination go wild. My skin was crawling. The rest of the journey was so epic in scope, too, even if the only thing I got to kill was the twinkle in somebody's eye. Even dinner. And maybe Rappelling. Even camping was great. So much climbing, though... and so much forest... and so many snakes! In the swamp, in the party, in the ruins...

"I hope Arrow's having fun climbing over the walls"
"Almost sundown. The Mistcutters will be out for him in notime."
