Public Auction for a copy of SoU. Proceeds donated to Avlis

Post by FunkOdyssey » Tue Jun 24, 2003 5:56 pm

Could anyone use this? I made a mistake with Amazon.com, I thought I had canceled my order with them and bought SoU in a local store. Then Amazon went ahead and shipped me a copy. (American/English version)

I've decided to sell this via a public auction that will end in a couple days. The proceeds (beyond what I need for shipping) will be donated to the Avlis Team.

You can leave your bids below, in $1 increments. The bidding starts at $10. Price includes basic ground shipment.

I should also note that this copy of SoU is brand new, unopened, and in pristine condition.

I can confirm this. A freind who works at the local CompUSA went through 10 copies before finding 1 with a key.

Ooops!

I will open it if the winning bidder requests that I do so, otherwise I will wait because the new owner of this game may want it un-tampered with.

If there are no new bids by this time tomorrow, Olaf will be the lucky winner.

The auction will end at 12pm (noon) EST, Thursday, June 26th.

My copy has still sold for cheaper, because you would have to pay sales tax or shipping on top of that $25 advertised price you saw.
