Probably cause you're screen name is l33t... that's my best guess. And you can't get custom races unless you already have a decent char created.

Oh, and it may be because you didn't put enough exclamation points and question marks. The more, the better.

My application hasn't been aproved yet, and I was able to download all the haks. I downloaded the character creator and made some characters with it - a half nymph sorcerer and a lizard man barbarian - just to try it out. It seems to be working for me.

Then again, I'm not 133t...
