Do these exist? The description and the world information thread seemed to indicate that were heriditary nobility lines established during Kuras' reign, and that they're what are controlling fiefdoms right now.
Is there a specific peerage system like the British one with ranks and titles?(Since the whole "Mix of Fedual and Roman Empire" thing is on the main page description.)
Kurathene Noble Titles?

Actually, I think thats sort of what he's looking for on a much more limited scale.
The first list had to do with military RANKS, not titles. The second list is more of a sociological scale of rank as a person progresses in life.
What he means is more akin to "dukes", "barons", "earls"---all of which are nobles.

From that post linked above:
The ranks above are for military nobles during the reign of Kuras. "Noble" is a generic term. Titles such as Baron, Duke, and Earl existed, but what you also should realize is that since the destruction of the Empire, each of those Baronies, Duchies, and Earldoms has become an independent country. This means that the former lords of those fiefs are now rulers of their own little nations, and they have done all kinds of crazy things with the titles. The general rule of thumb is that almost any western noble and royal title exists there now.
Though if you want to play one of these nobles, you are required to actually build the fief itself and play the Kurathene server game when it comes online. That's a lot of hard work and requires you to have many followers. There's lots of posts on this in the forum.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Kurathene Empire is sort of a combination of medieval fuedalism and
Roman empire.
Medieval keeps are prominent in building. Although palaces of both
varieties may exist.
Every noble has developed their own ranking systems since the collapse of
the empire, but the Kurathene soldier ranks were:
from lowest to highest
Man-at-Arms
Seargeant-at-Arms
Centurion (beginning of officer ranks)
Tribune
Captain (of hundreds)
Captain (of thousands)
Proconsul of the Army
Then there was a separate advancement for nobles. The ranks above were
for army soldiers who were usually common folk, although there were
still many nobles in it. The fuedal advancement was:
page (young boys)
Squire (teenagers learning to fight)
Knight of The Kurathene Empire (special honor given to nobles and heroes)
Knight Commander (a Knight that's been around a while and gotten well off)
Patrician (a Knight that worked their way up to command many nobles and
other army members in battle. This title was most often given to
non-nobles who worked their way up to being nobles in their own right.
Nobles who achieved knighthood rarely needed to receive this title because
they already had noble titles from their home fief.)
