issues with connecting

Not sure this is the right place but Ive been trying to connect to avlis for a few days and think i need the new ips and passwords.

Ive been off on a2 for a bit please give me some guidence on this

Ok i did find all that i think my issue is the password I tried the city name but that didnt work, any suggestions..

The servers are no longer password protected, however they are still down due to technical issues at present.
