Questions on the Drangonari
What is thier favourite class? I am kind of assuming it is not wizard as it is for Avlisian elves since they have a -1 INT penalty.
What is thier general opinion of the Avlisian Elves in general, and the Avlisian language, do Drangonari generally know the language? Do they despise speaking it?
Anyone got any links to a site with the Elven language on it? (The one spoken by the Drangonari)
Any other pertinent information you can tell me about the Drangonari, I am going to create a character, which I wanted to be basically your general everyday, run-of-the-mill, stereotypical Drangonari Elf.

Drangonari preferred class is sorcerer, although this is subject to change. I am contemplating altering the racial bonuses to subtract some charisma instead of int, because I really wanted their preferred class to be wizard, since Angadar was one.
Drangonari elves ON AVERAGE are lawful evil, so they will do whatever they have to do whether they despise it or not. It would make sense for them to learn any language they need to, no matter what their personal opinions on it are. If it gets them ahead, they do it. Again, you have the freedom to tailor your character's tastes.
Their homeland is on the eastern coast of Drotid where they more or less have taken over part of it. The lizard men don't mess with them because they are way too devious. Avlissian elves see them as somewhat of an abomination, so they are not well-liked in elven lands. The drangonari really don't care what the elves think of them, so long as none of the elves get in their way.

Orl, I like the negative to cha and leave int alone. I thought a cleric of angadar who also was a wizard made a lot of sense, since angadar was one as you said, and "Arcane Knowledge" seems to point to a decent int. From what I have read of your world info, I don't see why Angadar would make dummies. I am almost tempted to make my cleric a sorcerer instead, but this makes little RP sense, sorcerors have no arcane knowledge at all from what I understand.
Lowering cha makes sense as well, as the scaly skin and bad reputation of the Drangonari would tend to make them less appealing to others. There is also the fact that the entire race is basically a twisted mockery of the Avariel, that seems to mean they are ugly where the avariel were beautiful, no?
Just my thoughts.

Oh, and can I tell you I just fucking LOVE my drangonari! It's so cool not to be able to go anywhere w/o a helmet and then having to hope my accent doesn't give me away!
Oh, on a releted note, I can't help but notice that the Sereg names all use Faerun elven, just like my drangonari. My name is Nwalmadir = Lover of Torment/Suffering. Nwal'Maer. See? Should I take this to mean something or does Silk just like Faerun elven?
