That is true. It seems that the deletion action is not yet implemented on the Hala module. So, I will ask them to add that part as soon as posible.

When a player is moving from Elysia to Hala via the portal, the VaultSTER software will send your character to Hala and remove it from the local fault on success. Which basically disables server hopping.
