No, we are not going to change them every year -- but we owed you one.

The wiki.avlis.org/Needed_Files wiki page has been updated with the new links. On that page, download copaptlk_4_9c.tlk.

P.S. It is ok to have multiple .tlk files in your tlk folder. So go ahead and get this file now, put it into your tlk folder, and you'll be all set to go!
