Yeah I was contemplating putting out a wizard/philosopher. Just need to submit a bio and get a password, I guess, from the staff. I already sent in the goods.

If you've sent in an application using: portal.php?getpage=application_form

Then you should get a reply within 48 hours.

It pays to check your junk mail filters etc too as sometimes these gobble the welcome emails

Yeah I sent that one in. Also, do I submit a bio for my character via the forums, or will I attain access to that when I get the green light from the application?

you know we need a warning at the application page... "warning! avlis may consume your life and cause detrimental effects on your social interactions" Just a thought

There is no "character submission forum".
You can make a character any way you want, as long as you obey all rules. If you are not sure about the rules, or your character, e-mail the Team.

The wiki is the best place for you to spend the next 48 hours. You can read all sorts of stuff to help develop your character concept, learn about our systems, and most importantly read our rules.

Someone needs to explain to me how these 10 servers work and if they are interlinked?

Like, if I was in Kuras and I wanted to go to Mikona, would I have to log out or just find the transition?

Dougnoel - Yeah I'm on the wiki right now. I am having trouble with a few of the definitions such as 'Hooked' in terms of spells and other things of that sort. Otherwise, I like the setup. You guys must have been around.... a good 5 years or so.

Some servers are "no server hop" (meaning you would have to travel and find the transition/portal.) Others there is a 1 hour waiting period from logging off before you can server hop.


Hooked means it has been modified from its original Bioware script. Bugs are fixed, new spells, different effects, etc. Also, MANY of the visual effects of the spells are turned off. (stoneskin doesnt literaly turn you stone,etc)

Kuras and Kurathene are linked (you can walk to each). But they are not linked to the other. However, there is a way to get to one (or maybe even 2) other servers, but I can't tell you here, I can only tell you IG.

All other servers are interlinked with each other, some server will have transitions with some other servers. But if you start in Southern Server X you most definitaly will be able to walk to Southern Server Y, given enough time.

If you log out, and wait 60 minutes you are able to log in to any server you would otherwise be able to walk to, it's called "server juming".

The servers are interlinked according to the map. (there are a few hidden ones, like in caves, etc.)

TNanshi server is interlinked with Ferrell, Elysia, Deglos... but not Kuras, etc. The map theory isn't 100% correct, but it will give you the basic idea of how things are connected

I'd also like to extend a congratulations and an impressed "Holy Squirrel Cage Batman!" to the server developers, producers, and builders for their outstanding work. I also like the very very small download times.

I haven't even been accepted and I feel like I'm welcome here. Its awesome.

Also, on the note of CEP 1.53. I have the CEP that is compatible to 1.68 Bioware Patch. Would this still work so I do not have to redownload it?
