There are three things you can do. Well, there are more, but here are the easy ones.
There is a program called Leto that allows you to edit your character, you can download it off of the NWN Vault -
http://nwvault.ign.com/ Disclaimer: This only works for your own playervault characters.
Back up to a previous character save. Surely you remember what choices you made to bring your paladin low, and you did save your character from time to time, right? Think of this as your paladin gaining a second chance to prove himself. You might want to use the character editor to change the spelling of his name slightly, so you can track this offshoot character.
The third option I suggest is to run with it. Your character has obviously done some bad things in his time, and thats the way of it. Keep trying to become good again, if that is what you truly wish, but play along, see what happens.
And as always, game on.

I know I should be doing good things while playing...but its not as rewarding it should be for a RPG game. in fact the RPG part should be taken off the name. my brother played and toward the end of the game he had tons more treasure then I did. And the choices that ur character can make arent that good. However as of all the current D&D games made this is the best one.
their are tons of ways to make money

Crafting is a good way to make money. Selling Crafting ingrediants you find arround avlis, to various player run shops, that buy them can bring in money. Its a little more tricking to make good money as a good guy, but it can be done.
As far as bringing your paladin back to being good. It may take quit some time but certain quest that are in game will add 1 point of goodness to your alignment. It might take a while but im sure it be possible. Talk to some people in elysia about that.

What Marleh said.
Seriously if you are playing a paladin and RPing evil then obviously you shouldnt be a paladin. Also being that on Avlis they are one of nine ALIGNMENT SPECIFIC holy PrCs then it would be completly out of char to RP anything but LG. Though Im sure if you want to still play as an evil paladin then go right ahead.... Gorethar might object though

He's playing singleplayer, dudes. He's wondering about scripted quests in the original campaign. Not on Avlis.

Well in that case... evil pally all the way!
There should be a command you can enter just type after pressing "~"
Debug Mode 1
followed by something like:
DM_setalign( x )
or something like that... I know some of the other ones can be found on gamefaq.com but cant recall an align solver

I'm going to stop complaining about the game now.

Well now ok I met all the reqs for being a blackguard but a "the game" wont let me go into the class. This is very bad cause I'm really messing up my character by not increasing my lvl. My playing The Shadow of Undrentide. Can u be a blackguard on this verison. My own cohort is 3 lvls higher than me.

I'm really unsure how you could not meet the alignment requirements for Paladin... sure an evil character generally gets more treasure in the official campaign, but it's usually a pitiful amount more, I've found. Good characters often seem to receive more experience in tradeoff.
As for being unable to take Blackguard in the SoU campaign, I would recommend looking at the prerequisites closely again, and make sure they match up with what you have; remember that the skill requirements are for actual ranks, not simply for just bonuses. Remember that you can only take a maximum of three classes as well, so if you've multiclassed twice already you won't be able to take it.
