NWServer problem

Hi,
When I try to setup a dedicated server, the NWServer app will only detect my local IP address. I can start the server, and I can login to it, but only via Direct connect. Is there some way to have NWServer use my outgoing IP, so my server will be listed with GameSpy ?
I tried adding lines in the .ini file along the lines of IP=<ipaddress>, but I still get the IP of my own computer.
Help would be greatly appreciated
