Sap and missile weapons

Sap was removed from the game due to balance issues.

Although it CAN show up on NPCs and Monsters... but it has to be set manually, or so I have been told... not like creatures have the capability to have loads of stuff PCs can never really have... no, let's also give them a feat that was removed FOR BALANCE REASONS.
Sorry, that really got my goat. Getting griefed by a DM (Not on Avlis) with that added to my hate of that feat and this sort of BS...

i downloaded a module with an NPC who would hit you with sap. he was a tough bastard. Mike took him a part though.
