Help crashing constantly

This came out of the blue. No system changes since 5/23 and everything is stable. Out of the blue tonight while on Elysia NWN/Nivida crashed with opengl driver error code 3 suberror 7.
System Stats:
Windows 10 x64
16gig ram
GTX750TI
Now what I've looked at, tested and done so far.
Driver was 368.22 and have uninstalled it to 365.19. Current at 368.22 on a clean install
GTX50TI is not Overclocked temp is 34c and 40c full load Power usage is good and within range of my PSU
dxdiag no problems detected
I've unseated and reseated everything connected to the motherboard
Changed “Power Management mode” and change the option from “Adaptive” to “Prefer maximum performance” in Nvidia control panel
I've read so many post in other places that say 'Resolved' or "Fixed' and I don't see where they fixed or resolved a thing. They just marked it and walked off.
NWN is the only thing it is crashing on. Fallout 4, Diablo 3, Doom, Skyrim all run perfect.
So I am not buying this whole 'its your card' or 'Its your GPU'
Anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
Thanks
