I can't seem to fill out the form to apply to this game. Is there another way to request entry?

Where did you find the form? Guessing you found an old reference, this has not been a requirement for a while now and should not be there. Please let us know so that it is removed.

I wish I had the link. It said copap or copad. It asked a bunch of questions that I don't mind answering, I just didn't understand them. I live in a very rural area, and just got fast internet, so I was anxious to find a game. This one sounds awesome. Hopefully I can figure this out.

Ah, yes. That'd be the old CoPaP (Confederation of Planes and Planets) website, which is a hub for other persistent worlds linked with Avlis as well.
