I am kinda curious with this spell, as this is a melee touch attack, does it mean that it will automatically successful when it touch the creature? or after the touch it has a save?

The spell has no save, so if they don't have protection from negative energy or shadowshield cast on them they'll be harmed if the roll for the touch succeeds.

Oh, there is spell resistance there though. So it can still be resisted.

I know this is NWN GD, but it is always good to mention looking at the Avlis wiki for spell descriptions if you plan on using them here.

Harm seems similar, but not quite the same. Many (more like most) are quite different.
