Simple OOC question, if you server hop to deglos where do you start?

reson for asking, logged out bleeding last night, too late to complete death quest etc...logged back in tonight with time to spare to complete death quest and do long long run back to body...but for some reason I logged into the start tent, wounds stopped bleeding, and I ended up in an inn (i've never server hopped to deglos before) but then for some reason I was back to bleeding and then death in the inn...I've no idea where this inn is now I've returned to the land of the living and am at a loss where to head...I've a pretty reasonable map of deglos (made over many evenings) but still have no idea where to head........oops.

any help , even a direction to head in would be greatly appreciated.

I can only find one inn and it dosn't seem to be the one I died in

Oh found another inn in the market place but it's locked and needs a key...

I believe you should look in the Core, at the top of the hill... Goblin's Tooth? I don't remember the name.

Logging out while bleeding is a bad thing to do, it can be considered an attempt to avoid IC consequences. IF you don't have time to do your quest and planto log in alter for your death run, wait until you're dead and in your DP before logging. What you experienced with the start tent, etc, is the typical consequence for logging in the bleeding script.

thankyou, I found it...it dosn't have a sign outside so I missed it.

...next time I will wait till I deathplane when the enevitable happens...this was simple case of I"ll head over to that corner to save and logoff as it's bed time...oops where did all those XXX come from and why has stone skin worn off....again. thought I'd pop back on tonigt as I had a spare hour to complete the quest and wander back to pick up my gear.

One additional thing to add, you were very lucky that you made it out of the start tent. 9 times out of 10 you'd have immediately gone to bleeding in the start tent and your corpse is irrecoverable without DM help.

Right there's actually something wrong here, I decided to cut my losses and pay the portal man so I can head back to a civilised land with less dwarfs but the portal has sent me to another start tent...I presume the vismontium one. for 300 gold you'd think they'd be a little more on target.
