Quick questions :
How much duration (minutes or hour) does the Potions, Cordial, Elixir have?
How much bonus abilities does Potions, Cordial, Elixir gives? (is it 1d5 or 1d4)?

the duration on the ability potions is 1 hour / caster level. The Cordials are caster level 10 so thats 10 hours, or 40 minutes RL. The generic ones (potions) are caster level 3, so they last for 3 hours, or 12 minutes. If you have enough militant bonuses I believe they become extended (at level 36?) you can check this somewhere, which would double the time they last.
they all do a base bonus of 1d4+1
but as I said above, with militants, youll get empowered, then maximized, than maximized & empowered.

This is more of an Avlis question than NWN in general, but militant bonuses are here.
http://wiki.avlis.org/Shs:Magic_System# ... Endurance:
There is also a caster level bonus to non-artifaced items of 1 level/spell DC per 5 base ranks of UMD, though I haven't checked if it works on potions.
So you can get +9 to all the physical stats for a very, very long time with high militant. No help with the others except the UMD level bonus.

One exception here is the elixirs. Those do 2d4 with no militant bonus, but they stack with the other potions.

It works with potions as well.

Now we know it works with potions can anyone tell me if it works with weapons that give spell affects?
ie Daze DC14, or Sleep etc. If it does it makes UMD even more useful (as if its not already THE most useful Feat in the Rogue/Bard repertiore).
I have noticed that those Thingamebobs are pretty lethal now, I didn't know they increased DC per 5 UMD points. It explains why practically every thing falls sway under the Prismatic Spray Thingamebob.

With no militant bonuses:
Potions: 1d4+1 for 3 hours
Cordails: 1d4+1 for 10 hours
Elixirs: 2d4+1 for 11 hours
