I've been looking around for information on Galdos, and I'm not finding anything other than what's on the wiki. The kind of information I'd like to know is about the geography, what cities are in Galdos and if they are all dwarf/gnome/etc.

Any information would be helpful!

Galdos is going to be almost entirely dwarf. There may be traders and craftsman of other races seen throughout the nation and some may even call Galdos home, but the majority of the population is going to be dwarf. The Dwarves of Galdos are not as tolerant of other races as their Deglosian cousins they treat most non-dwarven with an air of suspect.

As for Terrain its going to be pretty similar to Deglos bit colder in the north where it borders Tyedu lands but overall it is going to be about the same.

As for cities in Galdos none have been named.

That's fine, thanks!

But as for this part:

Is this going to change?

You could always just ask.
... The vast subterranean cities, tunnels, and mines form a world of their own. Unlike the more haphazard and rapidly abandoned mines and settlements of Deglos, the galdokin dwarves have built their settlements to last, creating vast underground citadels and complex cities that a surface dweller often finds both overwhelming and confusing.
The excerpt I think best explains the difference between Deglos and Galdos, and the meticulous planning that goes into building cities in the latter.

The key cities in Galdos is the capital of Galdhaut, the other cities being named for the Galdosian noble family that is their liege.

There are also some "border cities" where the dwarves allow people from outside to come and settle to trade, such as Redrick's Gorge which doubles as a gigantic fortification against underdark incursions.
