The World of Avlis

I believe I sent in my request last week and even now I am afraid of bugging the DM team with a simple question of whether I was approved or not?

If I was approved, it did not arrive in my junk mail folder or my main folder.

Sent it through again am I supposed to see just a black screen with the world of Avlis header up top or am I supposed to see something different?

1) it looks like your application to the Avlis Forums has been approved. I do not believe you get a email when this happens, you're just able to post. You have, thus that is approved.

2) currently the application to the Avlis World, via NWN is borked. We are sorry for this, and are working on it. The one at CoPap will allow you to play.

Perhaps I will temporally forward our application page there.

I thought people also had to request to be added to the forums so the forumninjas could weed out the bots? Is this still true?

Yes, that is still true. But since he can post, he has been approved.

That process is totally manual, and is prone to error. We sometimes get overzealous and deny valid requests. But the alternative of learning about all the little gadgets and pills is worse ... in my opinion

If you are the victim of a forum app denial, please submit another request. We do our best.

A 100% way of insuring you get denied is to set your web home page to one that sells any of the aforementioned gadgets or pills. Don't do it.


Hino's problem seems to be the player app tho ... and ours is borked.
