The World of Avlis

I'm kinda curious... what kind of accent would a character from, say, Kuras or the Seven Cities have? Or conversely, what would someone from the south sound like if (s)he went north? Would they have any specific speech patterns (odd phrases, ways of saying things, etc.)?
