Quick Dragonari question

According to

Dragonari Elves only get Low Light Vision as a bonus feat, this means they do not get the other elf feats (keen senses, bonus proficiencies, sleeplessness) and also, the ghost elves do get all "elf feats", correct?

Ghost elves get all the elf feats, though they cannot use items with the "elf only" restriction, nor choose the Arcane Archer PrC.
Drangonari bear little resemblance to the other elves if you just look at the engine. Angadar's first creations are a little bit lacking in finesse, as compared to most elves
(get none of the standard elf perks, nor can use elf items, nor choose the AA PrC)

Drangonari do get other adjustments though: acid fog 1x/day; and breath weapon 1x/day. BREATH WEAPON! It's a great party trick, and kind of effective, too.

Eh? I got V'heress up to level 12 and never found it particularly effective.
Good RP tool though.

I've found it somewhat effective for killing or weakening a large group of weaker creatures, and it's nice to have something to rely upon once my spells are all used up.
