The World of Avlis

I downloaded the Universal hak for Avlis and .net frameworks. After I install net framework, am I suppose to configure something on it, because when I try to install Elysia it keeps popping up a microsoft error report. Sorry, this is just frustrating ....if you have any ideas on what I should do, let me know!
