With the CEP in, i would like to get some clothes. However, i have NO idea were i can find some. Could anyonme point me in the right direction? Oh i really want a pirate hat, was that even in the CEP?

Clothes are everywhere around all of the servers. Just do like ordinary people would: shop, browse, ask other people in character (these are out of character boards).

Hats are still not possible at all, because of the way the heads are implemented in bioware. They are not partially editable or something like that, it's an all or nothing job with heads. This means that you can either wear a helmet which obscures your complete head or wear nothing and have your head visible.

There are actually plenty of custom clothes that were in and around even before CEP, just be sure to comb the general marketplaces for a specific merchant...

What I want more than anything is the Hood/helm that looks like a cloaked hood yet goes in hte helm slot. I spent hours looking places for that and can't find them. a cape would be nice too. Is it even possible to get these? I haven't seen anyone else with them.

Every Evil (now Hooded) Person's Best Friends, Deider, Aloro and Mistcaller, have conspired to include CEP hoods into Avlis.
