Well, I'm new to Avlis and fairly new to NWNs in general.
I have a 2nd lvl character and I'm interested in crafting.
I Have played other MMORPGs, such as Dark Age of Camelot, and I'm pretty familiar with the concept of crafting, I just don't know the mechanics of it in Avlis.
I have also tried to do a search for a Crafting guide here, but have been unsuccessful.
So, Does anyone have a link for a crafting guide here?
Or is willing to post one?

Hi
There is no definitive guide to crafting, most of it is learnt in game through role playing and through trial and error. With lots of error

.
Some ideas to think about are to find someone crafting in game and ask to be their apprentice, when you have decided which route to take. Some people concentrate on one craft skill, some spread themselves across many, the main ones to try are alchemy, weapons and armour and carpentry with clothing, jewellery and enchanting (i think) coming later. The craft skills are somewhat dependent on each other to a lesser or larger degree...but you will find this out as your skills progress.
The are also guilds to join in some of these areas (mainly alchemy and arms+armour at the moment)

have a look through this and this will give more ideas.
More thoughts will follow.

Try this one:

There are also some crafting guilds in existence. It might be worth checking them out.
The crafting guilds boards:

For anything more you'll have to come up with more specific questions.
Of course by far the best tactic to learn more IC is to hang around the crafting placables and try to find a master of the trade to tutor you or at least give you some hints.
P.S. All the links here were found by a search action with the search function of these boards. Searching != just browsing.

Hey great, thanks for the info.
I'll have a good read of them, however, as suggested, I'll hang around some of the crafting spots and ask for some help, maybe RP an apprenticeship or something.
