I wanted to know how we go about buying a house or residence.
How we go about getting the estimated cost of a place that one has designed using the toolkit.

I have designed a small house, that I want somewhere in northwest tnanshi (hopefully 1 south and 1 west of Entrance to Deglos, in the tree next to the stream and chasm there).

*Apart from the standard items found in any house it has two kegs one for wine ,one for ale (hopefully both useable).
*There is also a small water fountain (drinking from this will cure minor/moderate wounds).

Any info would be appreciated, and let me know if Im being reasonable with the kegs and fountain.

Well I can speak from experience that the curative aspects of the fountain probably wont fly very far.

However Get in touch with Vanor and he will aid you in submitting you house.

The thread the person before me posted has all the guidelines and costs in it so make sure to read throught it first.
