The World of Avlis

I read the thread concerning applying for acceptence and a pw to allow access to Avlis. However, I get an error message when I submit.

Fatal error: Failed opening required '/home/blackdagger/www/includes/inc_appObjects.php' (include_path='') in /home/blackparadox/www/avlis/apps/SubmitApp.php on line 2


Any ideas? Am I at the right place?
