Hey, I am considering giving Avlis a whirl, gonna send in my player app soon, just wondering...

Do I need to update down from 1.69 to 1.68, and change to the older CEP to play?

Nope. We are at 1.69, along with the rest of CoPaP.

Avlis runs on 1.69. You will have to download CEP v1.53. You can have CEP v2.x installed as well, but having it alone won't get you what you need.

Link to: CEP 1.52 (download this first) then patch it with CEP patch 1.53.

edit: Turns out you can have CEP 1.53 and CEP2.1 at the same time, I wasn't aware of that. Sorry for any troubles.

What about CEP? I have CEP v2.1 installed, do I need to find the older version?

You will need to download it. (Cep 1.52/53)



Cep v2.1 will not conflict with Cep v1.53, meaning you can have Cep v2 installed as well as Cep v1.53 at the same time. However, you need to make sure you have Cep v1.53 regardless.
