I don't see how this helps with the PG "problem" unless you've gotten agreement by the rest of CoPaP to institue the same system and share the tracking. Those who wish to grind XP will go where the XP is. So the only people this punishes are those who aren't in it for the grind. This is of course a...

the Rakshasa model is static, period. So unless you're enough of a modeler to remake it as a new dynamic model, then the best you can do is use a dynamic human model with an animal mask and a fake tail (which should be fine if its an NPC) rakashas dont have tails I'd beg to differ. Every image ever...

i found the 'sitting' script and still all the character will do is stand there and look dumb. the blue arrow points to the BACK of the chair by the way, no clue how to move that. rotating the object moves it, but then again it moves the rest of the object too The arrow faces the direction in which...

Nope, it's an object. In Standard Placeables -> Miscellaneous -> Invisible Object.

Not unless you're using one of the tilesets available to Visimontium. Other than that just use the Eraser to cycle through the tiles.

Encounters + Waypoints

Heya guys, This may be a stupid and pointless question, but I'm wondering if anyone might have a solution to this. I have an encounter that is triggered by a conversation, which is fine, however I want to have all the creatures spawned by this encounter run towards a waypoint near where they spawn. ...

Yeah, Bards get a huge upgrade; those Inspirations are pretty damned useful. :D • Inspiration: The very presence of a bard is a constant inspiration to his companions. Unlike bardic music, bardic inspirations are always active and do not have a limited number of uses, however, the bard may only use...

If this is for your player house, unfortunately you can't have any kind of custom scripts. If you're having issues with CEP lighting placeables, I'd make sure you check they have no onheartbeat scripts. If it's a lighting issue, sometimes 'erasing' the terrain tile a few times will get it lined up r...

Re: CEP Doors: Auto close problem

<codesnip> 1. Has anyone a 'clean' working open-auto-close script for CEP doors? (or know how to script one) 2. Is there anyway to get the Gateblock to spawn on the door (before the door has been used) without using a dreaded heartbeat script? I'm not sure of the answer for number 1, however for 2....

There was a movement a while back for the Andrinor's Trust Orders to have individual forums for initiates and so forth. So far only the White Order has really taken up on the idea, but it's simple enough to set it up for each of the other orders. So, this may count as a fan-site as such. http://trus...

I could always write a little c program to sink its hooks into the nwn executable as the logger and hardware mouse support does.... to provide a text buffer.

Neither the Linux nor the Mac port allow for text pasting as they're based off the same source tree. Unfortunately anything you can't do on the mac version you can't do on the linux version. A paste-buffer for these clients is definitely something that would get looked into when Bio finally ends sup...

Hrm. I hate to burst bubbles here, but the linux version of the client has never supported any command line switches other than -dmc, so it's probably unlikely the Mac client does.

This is probably one thing the community will fix hopefully after 1.68.
